Youth Seasonal Schools

 

Aspiring dancers ages 12+! Experience a week of exceptional dance training taught by NZDC professional dancers at our 2019 Youth Winter School in one of two locations. This intensive will challenge technical and creative potential through daily classes in contemporary, choreography and repertoire as well as provide the amazing opportunity for students to perform alongside NZDC Company members in the premiere season of Matariki for Tamariki by Sean MacDonald.

YOUTH WINTER SCHOOL (Bruce Mason, Auckland)

Date: Monday 8 – Saturday 13 July 2019

Time: 9am – 4pm (with later or differing times on performance days)

Matariki for Tamariki Performances:
Friday 12 July at 12pm & Saturday 13 July at 11am & 3pm

Location: Bruce Mason Centre – The Promenade, Takapuna, Auckland

Ages: students 12+ years

Cost*: $350 each

Date: Monday 15 – Saturday 20 July 2019

Time: 9am – 4pm (with later or differing times on performance days)

Matariki for Tamariki Performances:
Friday 19 July at 12pm, Saturday 20 July at 3pm & 6.30pm

Location: Māngere Arts Centre – Corner Bader Drive and Orly Avenue, Māngere, Auckland

Ages: students 12+ years

Cost*: $350 each

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for withdrawal, unless through injury or illness. Withdrawals will be charged a 20% admin fee.
