Born in Sydney Australia, Bree studied dance at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, where she received extensive contemporary and classical training for seven years.

In 2014, Bree then decided to further her contemporary studies at The New Zealand School Of Dance (NZSD), in Wellington, graduating in 2016 with a Diploma in Dance Performance. Throughout her three years of training she had the privilege to work alongside established artists such as James O’Hara, Amber Haines, Kyle Page and Kimball Wong. Major highlights of her time at NZSD include performing and choreographing in the 2016 Choreographic Season, ‘SCOPE’ as well as being invited to work and perform in the Metamorphosis Summer Residency in San Sebastian, Spain, under the direction of Iratxe Ansa.

Bree joined The New Zealand Dance Company in 2017 and debuted with the Company at Splore and WOMAD performing NZDC’s Lumina. She then continued to perform in the Kiss the Sky Season and The Absurdity of Humanity National Tour performing in New Plymouth, Marlborough, Christchurch and Wellington.

Bree grew up on Cronulla Beach, Sydney, with her parents and 2 older siblings. She has loved surfing and swimming since before she could walk and now enjoys a friendly competitive game of cards and a dip in the ocean. Bree has always loved exploring the world and is looking forward to travelling more throughout her dance career.
